Third-party services
These are the services a workspace can connect to Softbooq. A service receives personal data only after an administrator connects it, and only what is listed here. Each one handles it under its own privacy policy.
The providers Softbooq always uses to run the platform, such as hosting, email and AI, are listed separately: Sub-processors
Services marked Coming soon are not listed: no data goes to them until they can be connected.
Airalo
AirGSM Pte Ltd. · Singapore
What it receives: The eSIM orders you place. If you choose to email an eSIM to an employee, their email address.
Asana

What it receives: The tasks and subtasks of the projects you link, both ways: names, descriptions, assignees and due dates.
Box
Box.com (UK) Ltd · United Kingdom
What it receives: The files and folders you open, upload or download in Softbooq Files.
Dropbox
Dropbox International Unlimited Company · Ireland
What it receives: The files and folders you open, upload or download in Softbooq Files.
Enable Banking
Enable Banking Oy · Finland
What it receives: Access to the bank accounts you connect, through your bank, and their transactions: amounts, dates, counterparties and references.
Google Drive
Google Ireland Limited · Ireland
What it receives: Only the files you choose, or that Softbooq creates, in your Drive, which you open, upload or download in Softbooq Files.
HubSpot
HubSpot Ireland Limited · Ireland
What it receives: Contacts (names, email addresses, phone numbers, companies) and deals with their amounts, both ways, and notes on the contact about invoices sent and paid and quotes accepted.
Lexware Office

What it receives: The invoices you send there and the business contact details of their customers.
Microsoft OneDrive

Microsoft Teams

What it receives: The notifications you choose, posted to a Teams channel through a workflow you set up in Teams. They can name customers, amounts and the people involved.
Moneybird

What it receives: The invoices you send there and their customers' company name, VAT number, address and invoice email address.
Revolut Business
Nothing sent by SoftbooqRevolut Bank UAB · Lithuania
What it receives: Nothing from Softbooq. A payment run is exported as a bulk payment file with the payees' names, bank details and amounts, which you upload to Revolut yourself.
sevDesk

What it receives: The invoices you send there and the business contact details of their customers.
Shopify

What it receives: Your store's orders, products, stock and customers (names, email addresses, addresses), both ways, and the refunds and fulfilments you record.
Slack

What it receives: The notifications you choose, posted to your channels, a daily or weekly summary, and replies to /softbooq. They can name customers, amounts and the people involved. For each person who links their Slack account, their Slack user ID and username.
Stripe
Stripe Payments Europe, Limited · Ireland
What it receives: For payments your customers make to you: their names and email addresses and the amounts of the invoices and sales they pay. Card details are entered with Stripe and never reach Softbooq.
Travelpayouts

What it receives: The cards of the boards you link, both ways: names, descriptions, checklists, comments and members.
Wise

What it receives: The payees' names, bank details and amounts of the payment runs you prepare in Wise.
WooCommerce
Your own storeWhat it receives: Your own store, hosted by you: orders, products, stock and customers (names, email addresses, addresses) are exchanged with it, not with a third party. Your hosting provider's terms apply.
Xero
Xero (NZ) Limited · New Zealand
What it receives: The invoices, bills and purchase orders you send there with the business contact details of the customers and suppliers on them; payments and contacts come back.
