Softbooq’s AI assistant. She sets up your workspace with you, answers from your books, fills in forms for you to check, and takes you to the right screen.
She does the work in between: the setting up, the looking up and the typing in.
Describe your business in your own words. She proposes the setup, part by part, and saves nothing until you agree.
Who owes you, what sold, what is due. Answers come from your own figures, with where they came from.
Photograph a supplier bill or a receipt. The form fills itself and marks what she filled, so you check it before saving.
Ask where something lives. She explains and gives you a button that opens it.
Describe your business. The workspace builds itself, and nothing is saved until you say it looks right.

Where a problem shows up, press Ask Jacinta. She explains it in plain words, with your own figures, and offers the fix when there is one.
Books Health finds a bank account that posts to an account your chart does not use, so your balance sheet misses that money. She explains it with your own accounts and offers one new entry that moves the balance across. You see what will change, then press it.
She looks for the invoice it belongs to: the same amount, the customer the bank names. Then she offers to match it. If nothing fits, she asks what it was: a bank fee, money you took out, a transfer to another account.
She goes through the period with you: documents not in your books yet, a rate without its tax code, a figure far off last time. She explains each one and takes you to the screen that fixes it. She never changes a figure and never files for you.
Dates that could be read either way, commas in amounts, an empty column another column can fill. The importer asks one question and fixes every row it applies to. Nothing is saved until you press Import.
She carries the name of our founder’s mother, and the star is her.
